Welcome to AIRY . These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and purchase of products including hair extensions,  and fashion accessories.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

• If under 18, purchases must be made under parental/guardian supervision.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3. Products & Description

We sell:

• Hair extensions (clip-ins, tape-ins, wigs, etc.)

• Fashion accessories (hair accessories, jewellery, jewellery belts, etc)

We strive to display products accurately. However:

• Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings.

• Hair texture and shade may vary slightly as these may be processed/natural products.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in INR (₹).

• Prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as specified.

• We accept payment via:

  • UPI

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (if available)

We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (except COD).

• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines: 5-7 working days depending on location

• We ship across India.

• Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals/public holidays

We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refund Policy (Hygiene Clause Important for Hair Products and accessories )

Due to hygiene reasons, hair extensions & other fashion acessories  are non-returnable once opened or used.

Returns are accepted only if:

• Package is unopened

• Original packaging intact

• Return requested before delivery of the product (RTO)

-NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS - ONLY EXCHANGE. (t&c applied) 

8. Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed only in case of:

• Wrong product received (unboxing video required)

• Wrong Color Received (unboxing video required)

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

All content including:

• Logos

• Images

• Product descriptions

• Brand name

• Graphics

are the intellectual property of AIRY and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Post false reviews

• Attempt to hack or disrupt the website

• Use our content without permission

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Allergic reactions (please test before use)

• Improper use or incorrect installation

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of business or profits

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

12. Product Care Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Proper maintenance of hair extensions and accessories

• Following care instructions

• Using recommended hair care products and necessary recommendationd.

Improper care voids any claims.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to:

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Pandemic

• Logistics disruptions

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of:
